This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone for Consolidated Flooring, broadening its service offerings to provide clients with comprehensive flooring solutions, including state-of-the-art floor leveling and high-end decorative concrete options. The addition of this division further solidifies Consolidated Flooring’s position as a leading provider in the Chicago commercial Flooring Market.
This new division will be spearheaded by industry veteran Scott Schemmel, a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and estimating for decorative concrete finishes. In his leadership role, Schemmel will oversee all aspects of sales and business development for the division, ensuring its successful integration into Consolidated Flooring’s existing operations. Joining him is the equally experienced Eric Carlstrom, a seasoned expert in labor management with a proven track record of success. Carlstrom will head the division’s operations, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and the efficient execution of all projects undertaken by the new division. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Consolidated Flooring’s latest venture.
